Valentina M. Bondarenko works as a leading researcher at the IE RAS since 1988, In 1991, she defended her thesis in the specialty - Political Economy. Since 1993 she has been the director of the International Fund Kondratiev (part-time). She is a member of the Union of Writers of Russia. On December 26, 2016, the International Academy of Authors of Scientific Discoveries and Inventions issued Valentina Bondarenko Diploma No. 66-S, confirming the establishment of her scientific discovery "The Pattern of Development of a Social System". In 2017, she became a laureate of the IX International Competition and was awarded the Gold Medal of N.D. Kondratyeva "For contribution to the development of social sciences." He is the author of a new paradigm for predicting the future from the future and a new scientific paradigm, which made it possible to identify objective patterns in the development of the human community.
