Yao OuYang, is a Distinguished Professor of the School of Economics at Zhejiang University, Director of the Center for Larger Country Economic Research. Associate Academician of the World Academy of Art and Science (USA), Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Technology, Management and Development at the University of Oxford, President of the 19th International Joseph A. Schumpeter Society, and one of the first batch of leading talents in philosophy and social sciences in China. He has made pioneering and systematic contributions in the field of Larger country economic development theory, and has won the First Prize of the Outstanding Achievements Award in Humanities and Social Sciences of the National Higher Education Institutions Scientific Research, the Zhang Peigang Development Economics Outstanding Achievements Award, the An Zijie International Trade Research Award, and the World Political Economy Outstanding Achievements Award.
