Santini, Luca

Luca Santini, a lawyer, is President of BIN Italia (Basic Income Network Italy). He has published articles in magazines and books on the topic of guaranteed income and new social rights related to immigration policies. He is the promoter of the "Association Roma Dakar" dedicated to Senegalese migrants. He collaborated to write the popular proposal of law for a guaranteed income in Italy. He collaborated on the research "Guaranteed income and new social rights" (Ed. Regione Lazio, 2006), "Guaranteed Income A Necessary and possible project" (Ed. Abele Group, 2012), which led to the realization of the book "Basic Income for all a concrete utopia for the global era "(Manifesto Libri, 2009). He is a regular speaker at conferences and public meetings.
